Happiness Secrets from Victoria’s Supermodel Miranda Kerr

Miranda Kerr is in actually the shape you would expect of a Victoria Secrets supermodel; she looks fabulous!  Her workouts include yoga and her diet organic food and she’s a person that makes her health a top priority.

Even supermodels face life’s emotional challenges, and Miranda’s is a divorce from husband, father and actor Orlando Bloom.

Miranda is not the type of person to let these emotional challenges affect her positive perspective on life for very long. No doubt her healthy life style contributes her ability to handle the emotional rollercoaster ride with a smile and grace.

But there’s something else, Miranda believes that “happiness is a choice we make” and it’s obviously one she makes a practice of. She’s not a pie-in-the sky, “everything can be wonderful all the time,” type of person but does believe that you do have a choice so why not make one that “makes you feel better rather than the one that drags you down?”

In an article published in Self magazine that she uses physical exercise to help her move through emotional challenges:


“If I’m having a challenging moment, I jump for joy. Literally. After a minute, I feel better, and after a few minutes, I’m really happy. Everything else just drops off. It gets me out of my head and into my body, and it makes me feel present.”

To help her stay focused on her positive feeling she does have a favorite mantra, “I am a being of light and love, and I radiate that to everyone I meet.”

All we can say is that this mantra works for her because she radiates a shining light.
